Cancellation Policy
Our hi-fi optimisation service is designed to help you achieve exceptional sound quality from your existing audio system. We aim to provide a seamless and flexible experience tailored to your needs. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. - You have the option to manage cancellations and rescheduling online through our booking system, giving you full control and convenience. - To cancel or reschedule manually, you can also contact us via your preferred method, and we will confirm your request promptly. - Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
